What is the Monthly Salary of an MLA, CM, MP, PM and President of India? How much does they get in hand every month?

Let me begin the answer from the salary of Member of Legislative Assembly
  1. MLA's salary differs from state to state, there is no fixed salary for the MLA's in every state of India for instance : Telengana govt has recently hiked the monthly salary of MLA's to 163% i.e from 83,000 to 2.5 Lakhs INR! Odissa MLA's are the lowest paid with the salary of 20,000 per month.
  2. As like MLA's salaries differing from each state, CM's salary also differs from each state.Article 164 says that salaries are decided by their respective state legislatures. For instance : Telengana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao salary has hiked from 2.44 lakh to 4.21 lakh INR! which makes him the most paid CM in India. West Bengal CM Mamta Bannerjee gets the lowest salary of 8,000 INR leaving her the poorest CM in the country.
  3. MP gets an amount of 50,000 INR per month and there is also an ongoing talk of salary hike for MP's from Rs 50,000 to 1,00,000 lakh INR.
  4. PM's gets a salary of Rs 1.60 lakh per month.
  5. POI (President of India) is being paid with an sum of Rs 1.50 lakh per month.
MLA, CM, MP, PM and POI are not limited with thier salaries they also get lots of special allowance from the government such as free Rail travel, limited Air travel in First Class, Free Housing and many more.
Note: Allowance also differs for each positions.
